Window Cleaning Methods
For single-storey buildings, or the ground floors of larger buildings, we usually carry-out traditional "sponge & squeegee" cleaning methods using
environmentally friendly and biodegradable cleaning solutions, although we can use reach & wash waterfed pole technology if you prefer or the
circumstances dictate that it would be the quickest & safest method. For taller buildings up to 6 floors (around 65 feet) we use the latest reach & wash
waterfed pole systems, but we're also happy to use traditional ladder access methods if you prefer as long as it is within our working at
height safety limits.
For buildings taller than 6 floors we may require specialist access equipment, abseiling, or other cradle equipment. In those situations a detailed site survey
and discussion of your requirements will be required.

Regular Cleaning or One-Off
We're happy to work with your needs, and it doesn't matter whether you need your windows cleaned on a regular schedule or you prefer to
call us in on an ad-hoc basis. We'll work with whatever method you're happy with.
Different schedules for different parts of the same building, or different intervals between cleaning the inside and the outside of windows? It's the

Sub-Contracted Window Cleaning
We never sub-contract any of our work, but we do carry out sub-contract work for many other companies. Due to the rural nature of large parts
of southern Scotland it doesn't always make economic sense for a national contractor to carry out some specific work in our area, but the work
needs to be completed. That's where we can help due to our extensive
coverage in our operating location. We work for many of the largest and most prestigious national companies who trust us to carry out
